Microsoft SharePoint makes it easier for people to work together. Using SharePoint 2010, you can set up Web sites to
share information with others, manage documents from start to finish, and publish reports to help team members
remain synchronized and to make better decisions. Managing Projects with SharePoint will help your workgroups and
project teams work more efficiently and effectively. This is a great solution for organizations that are not ready to move
to Project Server but still want to leverage SharePoint and take advantage of all the benefits it has to offer.
Enterprise Project Management (EPM) Courses
Many organizations request customized onsite training to support the deployment of Microsoft Project Server. IIL has
developed a series of role-based courses that can easily be adapted to the specific needs of a company, depending on
its existing business processes and the course configuration chosen. Learn more on page 166.
There are obstacles involved in successfully delivering any project. These
can range from complicated scheduling and planning; inaccurate estimates of time, cost, and scope; underestimating the required resources;
and trouble identifying the critical path needed in order to deliver on
time and within budget.
Since 1998, we have helped individuals and organizations
achieve project success by providing comprehensive training and
certification in Microsoft Project and Project Server. Our certification
process is based on a “Belt” system with four distinct levels: White
Belt, Orange Belt, Blue Belt, and Black Belt.
Leverage the power of our wholly-owned network of IIL companies, strategically located all over the world. We have extensive experience working in
different languages, cultures, countries, and industries, and we are proud to be the training solution partner of choice for many top global companies.
